Arlene is a birth educator, yoga therapist, craniosacral therapist and holistic practitioner of massage. She has been working in the alternative field for over 2 decades. She is passionate about empowering women to achieve and have the birth they want. She brings all her years of experience of yoga, therapy and birth into her teaching and support of couples as a doula, therapist and lecturer. In recent times she had trained as a Mizan Therapist and will be enjoying bringing this aspect of female self awareness and care to the clients she works with.
