I haven’t got the easiest of bodies, but I have noticed that subtle changes in my breathing, posture and alignment. Even family members have commented on the improvement.” Sonia, H “I love the intimacy of the class, which makes it tailored for whats happening in the room with each individual at the time. After a long day, its just what I need to help ground me.” Alison. T “I joined this group after attending YHLB course with Arlene, two years ago. I have found that the Monday evening class is at just the right time of day for me. It gives me the break I need from my large family.
